These Terms & Conditions are written in English and govern the relationship between cpc88 and its players across Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other districts. In the event of any inconsistency between any translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Each player may register and maintain one account only on the cpc88 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance or bonus.

Account Security Obligations

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion description. Players must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where specified) the stated number of times using eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters within their scope.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC Test matches), Golf tournaments, football, and other sports markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be amended or cancelled. cpc88 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a data feed error, obvious pricing error, match manipulation, or where the outcome of an event was known to the player at the time of bet placement.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport's rules as published on the platform. For cricket, if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed in a limited-overs match, cpc88 will apply the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method or the settlement rule most commonly applied in that competition format.

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Unusual or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.

• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require the account to be restricted or closed.

Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their cpc88 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, cpc88 will process any outstanding withdrawal of real-money balance (subject to KYC requirements) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Effect of Closure
